In the summer of 2006, Bro. Bobby Roberson celebrated his 50th anniversary as Pastor of GLBC. He also took on the resposibility
of the school. As the Administrator, Bro. Bobby oversees the school as a whole. Mrs. Delores Yokely became the
"active" Principal in late fall of '06. Mrs. Yokely was GLCS's first Principal, serving from 1972-1987. She then spent the next
several years teaching at GLCS and working for Forsyth Co. schools. She has been a blessing to the "family" of Gospel Light and
has many plans for the betterment of the school.
One of the things that sets GLCS apart from others is its faithful, friendly staff! Mrs. Ruby Brown has served up smiles in
the cafeteria for the past 35 years.
Our teachers are well trained, both in their field and as a Christian. They are here to meet the needs of their students, both academically
and spiritually.
