What is Camp Lionheart?

Camp LionHeart is a ministry of Gospel Light Baptist Church and Christian School. Our goals for the camp are to reflect the heart and vision of our church. We hope to influence today’s youth in a positive, godly manner. 

We offer a structured, well-balanced program for each child. Daily devotions, missionary stories, crafts, team sports, and field trips are all part of the balanced program. Camp LionHeart’s weekly themes and competition will enhance your child’s spirit of creativity. Special awards and ribbons will be given out weekly for the competitions and participation.

  • Camp Hours: 8 am - 4 pm
  • Extended Hours: 6:30 am - 6 pm

About Camp lionheart

Who may attend

We are accepting children 5 years old up to rising 6th grade. Those who attend will be organized into age groups. A trained and qualified staff will oversee all events and activities.

Girls Dress Code

Girls may wear modest knee-length culottes/basketball shorts. No pants, jeans, or capri pants will be permitted. Girl’s tops should be modest and loose fitting-no tank tops or crop tops.

boys dress code

Boys may wear modest length, loose fitting shorts, jeans, or sweatpants. T-shirts may be worn; however, no muscle shirts will be allowed.

  • Sneakers should be worn for protection when participating in various activities.
  • In the event of a water day, please provide a change of clothing and or/towel.

This is the cost for a 5 day week within our regular hours of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

This is the cost for a 5 day week within our extended hours of 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
